GMR, Elite Options Pro, Elite Options Free to Pro, and Elite Traders Mastermind, and their owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates, are not investment advisors and are not registered as investment advisors or broker dealers. We do not endorse or recommend specific securities to buy or sell.

Everything we share on our website, on Whop, in Discord, and in live sessions, including alerts, trade ideas, charts, price levels, recaps, and commentary, is for educational and informational purposes only. None of it is a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. Our content does not take into account your investment goals, financial situation, or personal circumstances, and may not be suitable for you. Our traders share their personal opinions for educational purposes.

All trading decisions you make are your own and are made independently. You are responsible for managing your own account. We are not responsible for any investment decision made based on our content, or on any interpretation of it, and we are not liable for decisions about when to buy or sell a position. We may restrict trade postings at any time.

Trading options and futures carries significant risk and can lead to large and fast changes in value, including the loss of your entire investment. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You assume full responsibility for any trades you choose to make. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information we provide, and we do not promise any level of success.

Performance information

Any performance information shown on our website, on Whop, or in Discord, including win rates, trade results, and returns, is historical and does not guarantee similar results for you. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. Results may reflect timing, prices, or conditions you cannot repeat.

Required disclosures

Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Trading in futures and options carries significant potential rewards, but also substantial risks. You must be aware of these risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in stocks and options. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. This is not a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

CFTC Rule 4.41. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may have under or over compensated for the impact of market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Much of our data comes from company publications and other sources we believe are reliable but do not independently verify.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop, and Whop’s terms also apply to your purchase. Current plans and prices are shown at checkout.

• Elite Options Pro is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Each billing period runs from the date you join or last renewed, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your Whop account at any time before your next billing date. No partial refunds are given for time left in a billing period. Access continues only while your subscription is active and paid.
• Elite Traders Mastermind is a fixed term program lasting six months from the date you enroll. Continued access after that term requires a renewal fee, which we will tell you before your term ends. If the renewal is not paid by the end of the term, access to Mastermind content, resources, and community is suspended. Rejoining after a lapse may require the enrollment or renewal fee in effect at that time.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

Trade alerts

Trades are posted in Discord only when we see an opportunity in the market. There may be days, or longer stretches, with no trades.

Your account

You access member content by signing in with Discord or Whop. Your membership is for you alone. You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Whop accounts secure and for everything done through them. We are not responsible for access to your accounts by someone else.

Rules for members

• Sharing, reposting, or distributing our content without permission, including alerts, posts, tweets, emails, charts, recordings, and chat, will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
• Sharing your account or login with anyone else is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination without a refund.
• Violations may also lead to legal action, including for intellectual property infringement.

Content ownership

All content on the Services, including text, alerts, charts, recaps, lessons, recordings, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of GMR and is protected by U.S. copyright law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to view it for your own education. You may not display or use our content for public purposes, publish it on other platforms, or use it in connection with any other service or website, whether commercial or not. We will take legal action against anyone who misappropriates our material.

Intellectual property penalties

If you violate our intellectual property rights, you may incur the following penalties for each infraction:

• Educational document: $100,000 USD
• Conference call: $30,000 USD
• Alert: $20,000 USD
• Daily market recap: $20,000 USD
• Chart: $5,000 USD
• Non-alert post: $5,000 USD

Your information and communications

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree that we may send you service messages and occasional promotional emails, updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time with the link in the email. Text messages are sent only if you agree to receive them, as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that notices and agreements we provide electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

Third-party websites and services

The Services link to and rely on websites and platforms we do not control, including Whop, Discord, YouTube, and Zoom. Those links are provided for convenience and do not imply an affiliation or endorsement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party content. Information you give a third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMR, its affiliates, and their service providers disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. You download or obtain content at your own risk, and we are not liable for damage to your devices or loss of data. We are not responsible for statements made by anyone other than our authorized representatives. The Disclaimer page is part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMR is not liable for any losses or expenses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Services, including trading losses. You are responsible for backing up your data and keeping your devices secure.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GMR, Elite Options Pro, Elite Options Free to Pro, and Elite Traders Mastermind, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, operators, officers, subcontractors, agents, partners, and employees, from any losses, liabilities, claims, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or from your breach of these Terms or of any representation you have made. We may defend any such claim ourselves, and you agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for help and information.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. All disputes under these Terms shall be litigated in the state courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Using the Services from outside the United States is at your own risk, and you are responsible for following your local laws.

Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and we are not liable to you or anyone else for doing so. We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with the date at the top, and continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it.

Severability

If a court with proper jurisdiction finds any part of these Terms unlawful, that part will be adjusted to reflect its original intent as closely as the law allows, and the rest of these Terms stay in full effect.
