Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Your email address when you sign up for a masterclass, the mentorship waitlist, our newsletter, or free resources.
• Your phone number and your agreement to receive text messages, when a form asks for them.
• What you send us when you email us, message us in Discord, or ask for support.
• If you are a mentorship member, the tickers and notes you submit for a trade review.

Information from signing in. You sign in to the members area with Discord or Whop.

• From Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and profile picture. We also check whether your account holds our staff or mentorship role.
• From Whop we receive your Whop user ID, name, username, email address, profile picture, and linked Discord account, along with your membership status.
• While you use the members area we keep your lesson progress and your time zone preference.

Payments. Memberships are sold and billed by Whop. We do not receive or store your card number or bank details. Whop tells us whether your membership is active so we can give you access. Whop’s handling of your payment information is covered by the Whop Privacy Policy.

Our Discord community.

• Messages you post in our Discord server can be seen by other members of that channel.
• When our coaches answer member questions, we may keep the question and the answer to build our FAQ and support tools. We replace the member’s name with a random code. We do not collect conversations between members.
• Questions you send to our Discord support bot are logged with your name replaced by a random code, and are processed by an AI service to write the answer.

Recorded live sessions. Our live voice sessions in Discord and our live Zoom calls may be recorded. The recordings, along with transcripts and topic markers made from them, are posted for members. If you speak during a recorded session, your voice and what you say may be included. We do not put members’ names on these posts.

Information collected automatically.

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and time of visit.
• Cookies and similar browser storage, described in the next section.
• If you arrive through one of our marketing links, the link may carry a tag (such as a campaign or source name) that tells us or Whop where the visit came from.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential. A sign-in session cookie keeps you logged in to the members area, and security checks protect the Site. These are always on.
• Preferences. Your theme setting and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser.
• Advertising. We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It loads only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. It can set cookies such as “_fbp” and send Meta information about your visit.
• Videos. Videos on the Site are hosted by YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play; after that, YouTube’s own policies apply.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Some features may not work without essential cookies. You can also manage interest-based ads through Meta’s ad settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info).

How we use your information

• To give you access to the members area, Discord roles, lessons, recordings, and the other Services you signed up for.
• To send the emails and text messages you asked for, including masterclass reminders and updates about Elite Options.
• To answer questions, provide support, and improve our FAQ, lessons, and support tools.
• To understand how the Site is used and measure our advertising.
• To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and check the box to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Elite Options at that number, such as masterclass reminders and updates. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at AdminEOT@eliteoptions.net.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
• Your number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us. We may still send messages about your membership or a request you made.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers that run parts of the Services for us, under their own privacy and security terms. These include Whop (membership and payments), Discord (community and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Akamai Linode (servers for our Discord bot and recordings), Resend (email), Google (the AI service behind our support bot), and Zoom (live calls).
• Advertising partners. Meta, only if you accept advertising cookies.
• Other members, for anything you post in our Discord or say in a recorded session.
• Legal reasons, such as to comply with a law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, our members, or the public.
• Business transfers, if GMR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With your permission in any other case.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some state laws, letting an advertising partner such as Meta collect information through its pixel can count as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that by declining advertising cookies, or by contacting us.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Email and text signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account information is kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable time after, so we can restore access and keep business records. Recordings and transcripts stay available to members as part of our content library. We may keep some information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.

Age requirement

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at AdminEOT@eliteoptions.net and we will delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your information.
• Opt out of marketing emails and text messages.
• Appeal if we decline your request.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws can use these rights. To make a request, email AdminEOT@eliteoptions.net and tell us what you are asking for. We will confirm your identity by matching details you give us with what we hold, and respond within the time the law requires (45 days in California). You can use an authorized agent, who must show proof of authorization. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights. If we deny your request, reply to our answer to appeal.

Visitors outside the United States

GMR is based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. By using the Services from another country, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

Other websites and services

The Services link to and work with other companies, including Whop, Discord, YouTube, Zoom, Instagram, and X. Their own privacy policies apply to what you do on their platforms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we will give notice on the Site or by email.
